Who we are
We work for you, not the layout
Nilavalam works across Coimbatore district — the growth corridors along Avinashi Road, Saravanampatti and Kalapatti, the agricultural belts towards Annur and Kinathukadavu, and the established residential pockets in between.
You tell us your preferred area and budget. We search DTCP-approved layouts across many promoters and owners, plan the site visits, verify title, approvals, patta and EC, negotiate the price and take you through registration — then help fence and look after the plot if you want us to. Thirteen services, one file, one advisor.
What separates us is not the list. It is that we do not own the land we show you, so our advice can stay on your side — and that we stay until a registered document is in your hand.

- Land is only worth what its documents can defend. We would rather lose a sale than let a client register something with a defect in the title chain.

- We are not a listings marketplace. A seller's property, price and documents stay inside our office — visible to the staff working the file and nobody else.

- We are not tied to a single promoter, so we can show you what actually fits. And there is always one person you can call who knows your whole file.

- Our fee, stamp duty and registration cost are quoted before you commit — and if a seller also pays us, you hear that from us first.
